Service partners
Ashota coordinates day-to-day operations for privately owned homes across the country. When a home needs work, we coordinate it with an independent local service provider and pay the invoice ourselves. You stay an independent business — you set your own rates, methods, and crews.
Why partners stay
You never pay to see a job. We send the work, you accept or decline in one click.
Address, problem, access details and an authorized amount arrive with the job — no bidding, no haggling with the homeowner.
Ashota approves and collects. One payer, predictable terms.
We operate the same homes month after month, so a good first job turns into a standing relationship.
Approvals, expectations and scheduling windows are our job. Yours is the work.
Take after-hours calls only if you want them. Set it per service, change it anytime.

What we require
Homeowners let us coordinate access to their homes. That only works if you keep current licensing and insurance information on file with us, and tell us when anything changes. We record what you provide and show homeowners its source and date — we don't vouch for it on your behalf.
Where the trade requires one. We verify the number against the issuing authority — not just the copy you send.
A certificate naming Ashota as certificate holder, at the coverage level your trades require.
Required once you have employees; a signed exemption is fine if you're a one-person shop where the state allows it.
So we can pay you properly and issue year-end forms.
Plain-language terms: scope, standards, payment timing and insurance obligations.
How it works
About ten minutes. Business details, the services you cover, the areas you travel to, and your documents.
We check licensing against the state registry and confirm your insurance is current. Usually one to two business days.
You're in the dispatch rotation for your trades and areas, with your own portal to manage availability and paperwork.
Payment terms, standards and insurance obligations are all spelled out in the partner agreement you'll sign during the application — nothing is buried.
