By accessing or using Ashota's website, owner portal, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Services
Ashota provides short-term rental co-hosting, homewatch, cleaning, handyman services, and related operational and concierge support. Specific services and fees are outlined in your individual service agreement and/or your dashboard.
Owner Responsibilities
Owners retain final authority and responsibility for their property, including permits, licenses, taxes, insurance, safety, HOA/condominium rules, platform compliance, guest funds, pricing, availability, house rules, and booking policies.
Payment
A valid payment method on file is required for owners using our co-hosting services. Fees are billed monthly or per-service as described in your service agreement.
Disclaimer
Ashota Properties LLC provides short-term rental co-hosting and operational support services. Ashota is not a real estate broker, real estate sales associate, leasing agent, attorney, tax advisor, insurance advisor, or compliance consultant.
Our services may include guest communication support, listing support, calendar coordination, cleaner/vendor coordination, pricing support, and other short-term rental operational assistance. Property owners remain solely responsible for determining whether their property may be used as a short-term rental and for complying with all applicable laws, permits, licenses, registrations, taxes, insurance requirements, HOA/condominium rules, platform rules, safety requirements, and local ordinances.
Ashota does not provide legal, tax, insurance, or real estate brokerage advice. Owners should consult qualified professionals regarding licensing, permitting, taxes, insurance, and legal compliance for their property.
